Marriage License Application

 

Marriage licenses are valid for 65 days. 

In order to obtain your marriage license you must be having the ceremony in Woodbury. 

The cost for the marriage license is $50.00 cash or check, and $20.00 for each certified copy of the license to be obtained post ceremony.

You must supply the name address and telephone number of the official performing the ceremony.

Please bring with you a driver’s license and or passport for identification.

Marriage Licenses are by appointment only.  Twenty-four (24) hour notice is required, and only one license per appointment.  All marriage license worksheets must be filled out prior to the appointment.
