Underground Oil Tanks ~ Removal Reports
The Town of Woodbury has an Ordinance that requires the Fire Marshal's Office to inspect all underground oil tank removals in the town of Woodbury.
The retention of any documents, permits, and lab results from such removals are the responsibility of the property owner.
The Woodbury Fire Marshal's Office, as a courtesy to property owner, does keep records of underground oil tank removals if an inspection was scheduled and took place at the time of it's removal. Not all tanks have a record of removal.
