Zoning Commission

There shall be a Zoning Commission consisting of five commissioners who shall be elected for four year terms on a rotating basis as set forth in Appendix A of the Town Charter. There are  three (3) alternate commissioners who are be elected for four year terms on a rotating basis as set forth in Appendix A of the Town Charter. The Zoning Commission has all the powers conferred upon it and shall perform all the duties required of it by law.  The purpose of the town's Zoning Commission is to review applications for special permits and exceptions throughout the town, revise the regulations as needed, review earth excavations applications, and enforce the regulations as needed.
