Board of Assessment Appeals

There shall be a Board of Assessment Appeals consisting of three (3) members and three (3) alternates who shall be elected for four year terms on a rotating basis as set forth in Appendix A of the Town Charter. The Board of Assessment Appeals shall have all the powers conferred upon it and shall perform all the duties required of it by law.
