Certified Police Officer: Full-time

The Town of Woodbury is accepting applications for the full-time certified Police Officer position. Applicants must possess a current, valid CT POSTC certification as a Police Officer in the State of CT or be a recently retired CT State Police Officer with a current, valid POSTC certification. Applicants must also meet POSTC lateral certification requirements and pass an extensive hiring process including:

Written Exam
Oral Interview
Background Investigation
Polygraph Examination
Psychological Evaluation
Physical Exam
Drug Testing
Physical Assessment (May be given)

Starting hourly rate is between $37.63 - $40.15. Click here to view the collective bargaining agreement for this position.
