Planning Commission

The Planning Commission consists of five commissioners and 3 alternates who shall be elected for four year terms on a rotating basis as set forth in Appendix A of the Town Charter. There is panel of three alternate commissioners who are be elected for four year terms on a rotating basis as set forth in Appendix A of the Town Charter. The Planning Commission also acts as the Water Pollution Control Authority and shall have all the powers conferred upon it and shall perform all the duties required of it by law.
