Board of Finance

The Board of Finance consists of six (6) members who are electors of the Town. The members of the Board of Finance are elected for four (4) year terms on a rotating basis as set forth in Appendix A of the Town Charter. Except as otherwise provided in the Charter, the members of the Board of Finance shall hold no other Town office. The Board of Finance shall have all the powers conferred upon them and shall perform all the duties required of them by law, including, but not limited to, those set forth in Section 702(C) the Town Charter.
